We strive to provide exceptional and compassionate care during this difficult time. Because many of our services begin immediately upon request, we have the following refund policy in place:

1. General Policy

All sales for services rendered are considered final, as many of our offerings involve immediate labor, transportation, and irreversible processes (e.g., cremation or aquamation). However, refunds may be granted in limited and specific circumstances, as outlined below.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

We may issue full or partial refunds under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payments or billing errors on our part

  • Cancellation requests made prior to service initiation, such as before pet retrieval or cremation processing

  • Service failure or inability to fulfill your order due to error or unforeseen issue on our end

  • Failure to receive an agreed-upon product (e.g., urn or keepsake) if not replaced in a reasonable timeframe

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Completed cremation or aquamation services

  • Retrievals already performed

  • Personalized items (e.g., engraved urns, paw prints)

  • Any services fulfilled based on verbal or written authorization

  • Delays caused by third parties or events beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. Include the following:

  • Your full name and contact information

  • Date of service and invoice number (if available)

  • Reason for the refund request
